This is a Minnie Mouse ear headband and a ribbon hair tie that I purchased about 14 years ago when I went to Disneyland.
The ribbon on the headband is made of fabric, not vinyl, and is stuffed with cotton to give it a puffy look.
The hair tie is made of a velvet-like fabric with white polka dots that appear to be made of paper, also giving it a puffy appearance.
They're so cute that I couldn't throw them away, and I've kept them stored in a bag ever since.
I only used them once at the time, so they are in good condition. However, please understand that they have been stored at home for over 10 years before purchasing.
