Wonders of Science: Land Animals student & teacher edition

Wonders of Science was developed for students with special needs, including students in special education programs, students receiving RtI services, as well as students in general education classrooms who read at a 2nd-3rd grade reading level. Science topics in a simple, straightforward manner. 1-2 page lessons, scientific vocabulary, pictures & visuals on each page. Units include- Animal Adaptations; What animals need, how animals get food, animal homes, etc. Invertebrate Animals; earthworms, bees, ants, etc. Amphibians; salamanders, toads, model frog, etc. Reptiles; turtles, crocodiles, snakes, make snake skin, etc. Birds; penguins, chickens and turkeys, make a bird feeder, etc. Mammals; kangaroos, bats, giraffes, wild dogs, etc. Conservation; extinct animals, endangered species, keeping a balance, etc.
