This is an ATP track jacket that was actually used in the UK tennis tour in the 1980s. It's a rare type with raglan sleeves, allowing the three stripes to connect in a single unbroken line. The fabric is also satin-like, making it even more uncommon to find similar track jackets.
I purchased it for around 50,000 yen at a vintage clothing store in Shimokitazawa.
