This listing is for a Black & White Vintage Nautical Dress which is likely from the 80s. This beautiful dress features a faux patent leather belt with an oversized white belt buckle. Additionally, it comes with a navy necktie sewn in under the collar. This necktie has what appears to be Japanese characters on it. The dress has a zip-up front which is hidden by the necktie and belt. It is in great vintage condition.
