This is the Tokyo Slider twin nib pen holder SL1614.
It is characterized by being able to use two types of nibs on both ends.
Also, it is popular for fine writing purposes due to its light weight, short axis, and small size.

Compatibility has been confirmed with G-pen, Kabura pen, calligraphy nibs, and nibs from fountain pens I own. Not compatible with round pens.
If you want to use a round pen, please use the Tokyo Slider SL2011, which is also on sale, with a regular nib on one end and a round pen compatible end on the other.
