Has a unicorn velvet hat with a three multi sparkly colored tulle material that dangles down from the back, strap to hold hat in place. Dress has a cuff ruffle like sleeve other side as a spaghetti strap with roses. Sparkly material and a layered multicolor tail like design bottom of multicolored tail of the dress has jagged edges, but that is how the dress came. Size on the tag says one size for ages 3+, I actually got this for my daughter at the age of three. It was slightly big, and saved it for now when she was five to wear.
