This is a custom hand-made, hand-blocked hat from the renowned Montecristi Custom Hat Works in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Montecristi's Panama hat bodies can take months to weave and are famous for their fine quality. This beautiful Americana Cordon is an easy-to-wear, cool style with a wide frontal crease and a colorful porcupine quill band. New, this hat cost thousands of dollars.
SIZE: The actual size is 7 1/4 per manufacturer. Measures between 57-58 cm around the inside where the sweatband is when I measure it myself.
CONDITION: Good used condition with some creases and some marks and discolorations, which may come off with professional cleaning. I didn't clean the hat because I didn't want to risk doing any damage. See photos.
