Made in the USA from heavy-duty black rubber with a solid tread, sturdy metal adjustable buckles, and lined with super soft fabric, they’re marked Utility size 11. After cleaning them under the faucet, I can confidently say they’re completely waterproof and will keep your feet and shoes dry. Measurements are: 13 inches tall, 12 ¾ inches from sole toe to heel, and 4 ½ inches across the sole at the ball of the foot. From my smoke-free, pet-free home.
