This vintage Garfinkel's blue velvet skirt and jacket suit is a stylish and elegant outfit from the 70s or 80s.
Made in the USA with 100% cotton velvet fabric, this two-piece set includes a long-sleeve jacket with a button closure and a matching skirt.
