This an actual piece of the Mackinac Bridge it has rust and pieces of rust that may fall off. It has some paint, which may be lead based. Edges are sharp from being cut from the large grates from the bridge. Comes with a letter from the Mackinac Bridge Authority. This is piece of history may be older then 1957 as it could have been installed during the construction of the bridge prior to officially opening in November of 1957.
