PARKER MADE IN FRANCE
This is a Parker pen made in France. It has a nib that allows you to write with two different line thicknesses.
I have confirmed that it writes when dipped in an ink bottle, but I haven't been able to confirm its use with cartridges as I don't have any.
This is a used item that has been stored at home for a long time, so it has some minor scratches and wear.
Also, I am not an expert on fountain pens, so please take a look at the photos and consider purchasing if you understand the condition.
