Levi's 501 Made in USA W31 L32, with Flasher, Excellent Condition

I purchased this from a used clothing store, but as I haven't had the opportunity to wear it, I'm putting it up for sale while it's still in good condition.

Based on the details – the button back stamp "553," the care tag, and the small "e" – this is likely the last American-made 501, distributed in Japan in the late 90s to early 2000s.

As indicated on the flasher, this model is pre-shrunk and has undergone a light vintage wash.

The flasher and care instructions tag are attached, but the fact that they are attached with plastic parts suggests that the shop where I bought it reattached them after they had come off for product management purposes. (The listing only mentioned the flasher, not that it was deadstock.)

However, the indigo dye on the front pocket lining remains blue, the indigo color inside the back pockets is still dark, and the paper patch is stiff, suggesting that the previous owner likely didn't wear it much (it's in very good condition, close to deadstock).

Although it's not a rigid model and has been given a vintage wash, the wash is natural, not the unnatural type seen in the late 2000s, so I don't consider it a negative point.

The final American-made models have been gaining value in recent years due to the quality of the fabric and the good finish. Good condition and good-sized pairs are becoming scarce, so please consider this if you are looking for one.
