perfect for rain, but its not goretex. its not completely waterpr! for me it is very good. it doesnt resist to a big volume of water but it keeps you warm if you have something underneath. it had a fishnet under but i cut it off. you couldn't get dressed properly because of it. i sell it because it is short for my hands unfortunately..
