Vintage Pin Cushion, Hand Made Vintage Folk Art Pin Cushion Doll Made In Madeira

Lovely vintage doll pincushion from Madeira, an island off the coast of Spain, famous for their embroidery. This sweet little pin cushion is carefully crafted in the shape of a little doll in traditional clothing. It is made of a yarn body with yarn hair, with a fabric scarf, bodice and overskirt. The little face is hand embroidered, as is the bodice and other detailing. Underside of skirt is made of a felt type material and is stuffed to form the pin cushion. It still has its original label sewn on the bottom which reads: "Rosa D Ouro, Embroidery Makers, Largo da Fe, 9 Madeira" It is in good used vintage condition with wear as seen in photos.
