This bracelet is a very unusual and rare Modernist heavy Sterling silver cuff hand signed by Thomas P. O’Keef.
Although rounded in the interior, the exterior has seven significant angles, where if the gap included one more, it would be an octagon. The design is simple and breathtaking at the same time in its simplicity. It is architectural in style, and weighty both in appearance and in style. The Sterling silver is not hollow, it is solid sterling silver. The malachite central stone is a wide horizontal rectangle, measuring one and half inches. The ends of the bracelet are also capped in malachite, which is so unusual and such a beautiful detail.
Light wear and surface scratches are visible from age.
This bracelet will fit a 6 inch wrist and under. The gap is quite narrow, and you can see in the photos where it is on my wrist that it is slightly tight and my wrist is 6 1/4 inches.
