Vintage Remco Big Caesar Toy Motorized Roman Warship w/ Orig. Box - Incomplete

I am not an expert on this toy and I am uncertain if it is missing parts, however, I would presume it is missing a few parts, pieces, or accessories. It is for sure missing a few of the soldiers.

Also missing bottom battery compartment cover.

Battery driven, however, non-working.

Note, comes with the original box although the box does show yellowing from age and wear, see photos.

Toy itself shows scuffs, marks, light scratches, etc consistent with wear from play use over the years.

It has the two cardboard litho side panels with the emblems on them, however, they need to be reglued to the ship.

No visible cracks or breaks in the ship itself
