Beautiful sleeveless Hawaiian maxi dress with large matching 13"x85" sash/wrap vintage 1960's/70's by the Montreal Canada business DATE MATE. Superb neon bright color combinations in an abstract psychedelic swirly pattern. The dress has a curved panel construction to shape the bust waist & hips, a long back zipper, and 2 side slits. The fabric is 100% acrylic crepe which was wildly popular from the 1950's-1970's, made mostly in Japan & Hawaii & often called barkcloth because of the texture. This kind of fabric is still unmatched today for color saturation.
