Unusual item. I couldn't find any online. No branding. I did an acid test and it came back as 10K. Not sure who the historical figure at the center of the faux coin is but it looks the a Spanish conquistador and I believe the stones to be turquoise. Could be used as a scarf clip or belt buckle. Good condition. 1.5 x 1.75" 26 grams.
