Beautiful, Vintage Royal Quiet De Luxe portable typewriter, produced in the early to mid-1950s by Royal Typewriter Company (Hartford, Connecticut, USA). It features the classic gray crinkle enamel finish, glass-topped keys, chrome trim, and the iconic “Shift Freedom” key design.
The typewriter comes in its original tan tweed hard carrying case with red interior lining and a locking latch (no key included). The case shows visible surface wear consistent with age, while the machine itself remains in very good vintage condition—mechanically solid, all keys moving freely, carriage advances properly, and ribbon spools intact.
Includes the original “Your New Royal” instruction manual, a nice collectible addition.
