American Girl Doll Gwen Thompson RARE GOTY 2012 Genuine w Dress EUC Chrissa

Absolutely stunning Gwen Thompson doll, friend to Girl of the Year 2009, Chrissa Maxwell! She is a very rare find, especially a genuine Gwen as there is a lot of confusion about her versus JLY #12. Gwen has slightly shorter/more sparse bangs than #12, and she has two body tags, one of which contains EXACTLY 4 numbers (not 6 numbers). See photos for confirmation of this tag.

This Gwen doll is in fantastic condition, with her meet dress and underwear (no shoes or headband). She has silky, shiny, uncut hair which I’ve returned to its original ponytail. She doesn’t have the original scrunchie but I replaced it with a non AG one. I just restrung her limbs, so they are factory tight. She feels like a new doll.

She does have some minor flaws though, as pictured. Small shine marks on her cheeks, a minor pink stain on one leg, and generally a couple of shine marks on her limbs. Overall very clean and a perfect addition to your collection! From a smoke-free pet friendly home.
