This is Shohei Ohtani's 2017 gold foil autograph card from the Professional Baseball Chips series!
After obtaining it, I stored it in a dedicated case with the pictured sleeve and full protect sleeve.
There is a small white spot on the upper left of the back (image 11).
Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or folds, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
