Antique Victorian Set of 2 Figurine DEP 11589 Von Schierholz Dresden Germany. Circa late 1800s.

I think these are a bit rare because they are made in shades of purple.

This beautiful couple includes a lovely girl or woman sitting in a chair holding a folded parasol. She is wearing a purple gown with a white and gold overlay. Her l9ng blonde hair is plaited. Her face looks quite captivated by her suitor.

The man or boy is quite cheeky and sits backwards on a chair. He has a lavender shirt with a cream collar and sleeve cuffs and also wearing a fancy hat with a feather. His pants are green and he has white boots, suggesting nobility. A Sword leans on his knee.

Both have DEP and their numbers imprinted into them.

The girl measures 6.5 inches x 4 x 2.5.

The boy measures 6 x 3 x 2.5.

The girl has no damage but a bit of the gold has daded.

The boy has been repaired. He still sits perfectly well but has a crack on his shoe and the bottom of his chair. I have shown these flaws in pictu
