Vintage 1960s Hawaiian Raffia Floral Handbag — Wooden Handle — Hand-Embroidered

Step back into a 1960s island vacation with this beautiful hand-embroidered raffia handbag, complete with its original curved wooden handle and vibrant tropical florals in pink, blue, yellow, and white.

This style of purse was sold throughout Honolulu boutiques, tourist markets, and resort hotel gift shops in the late 50s–60s, carried with bright muʻumuʻu dresses and pastel sundresses on Hawaiian holidays. The dimensional raffia embroidery gives it that unmistakable mid-century island charm.

In excellent condition for age. Fully lined interior with snap-in liner (original).
