This vintage neon OPEN sign is not working. There is a break in glass lettering of the letter "P." When you plug it in, the outer circle flashes light blue , but does not consistently stay on - will just flash and then turn off. This sign is not working and for parts AS IS. You could mostly likely bring this to someone who works on old LED signs as the glass just needs to be molded back together and inert gas needs to be placed inside the sign for it to light again.
