Comes with everything pictured. I don’t have the bows, unfortunately. I did find two small stains on the nightgown (see pics). I haven’t tried to remove the stains, but if you’re good with stain removal, they should come out. Everything else is in great condition. Velcro is like new. I didn’t note anything wrong with the slippers but check pics closely. Smoke free home
