It was made in Argentina in the 80´s by a company called Jocsa under Kenner’s License.
The condition is like you can see in the pictures.
The clips weren’t fastened by us, they were fastened by the factory at the time to ensure that the bubble wouldn’t detach.
A lot of the toys factories from the 80´s of Argentina used to put those kind of clips on the bubbles.
The card is unpunched.
This is a very difficult to see figure in this condition!
