Absolutely stunning vintage 1980s era Watters and Watters green velvet off shoulder gown. Lovely braided trim. Perfect for your next holiday party! It's a thick cotton poly velvet and so soft with just a touch of stretch.
*The straps that go on top of shoulders seem a bit like they've lost some stretch. But the fabric is very sturdy and they are pretty short so I do not think it would affect wear.
