This is one of the rare GRAILS from the 1991 Captain Planet action figure line by Tiger Toys, CAPTAIN POLLUTION. The figure is in decent shape but does have some paint wear in certain spots on the head, gloves, and boots which can be seen in the pictures. The left leg of the figure is "frozen" in place for some reason. I can't tell if it was glued somehow or what the reason but it does not move. It may be possible to "break" it free but not sure and it is in the position where the figure can still be posed standing. The figure is incomplete because it is missing the green slime bucket but DOES include the slime plug on the back which is usually missing like the bucket.
