My elderly grandmother bought this phone off of HSN not knowing that she had to be a Verizon customer or buy a Verizon prepaid card, thought it would be as simple as putting the old sim card into it and that would be it without switching carriers. Turns out that's not the case so we're selling it. I did try the simple basic setup on it but other than that it's pretty much brand new.
