Features quality craftsmanship, with emphasis to a striking genuine (tested) 2.5 carat blue topaz (9mm x 7mm) brooch, that has an ominous glow. Surrounded by nine genuine diamond rounds. Signed by maker JC. Set in thick gold-plated yellow gold, tests for 12k, but took it to a jeweler who told me it was thickly plated gold, he also tested the stones they are genuine. This is a wonderful heirloom piece!
