Our team has advised us that according to the production team, in 2005 the labels were written by hand and included the season, size, and store where the garment was sold. Neiman Marcus on the tag simply indicates that it was sold there, not necessarily that it was an exclusive collection for them. It’s difficult to pinpoint absolutely if this piece was from the first collection but F05 was one of them.
Either way, it’s a beautiful knit, exceptionally crafted, and quite rare as few were produced!
