I worked as a "Gym Leader" in the years 1999-2002 hosting Pokemon TCG tournaments at the local Toys "R" US store. The events were sponosored by WoTC (Wizards of the Coast).
-All cards were directly obtained from WoTC.
Every TCG winner back then got rewarded with Promo cards that the company sent as they had earned. WoTC sent me THOUSANDS of promo cards.
What I am selling is the remainder of my inventory from my time as a teenager / official Gym leader (flex)
