This is in mint condition. There is no dirt there is no stains. There is no pilling. No snags. No rips. Even the interior doesn't show any signs of wear
The hood is removable. It is completely clean. Measurements are laying flat. Armpit to armpit is 20 inches. Length of zipper is 22 inches with an extra 7 inch gap below the zipper to the waist. Shoulders seem to see where you see the ruffling at is 13 inches wide. Length of waist is 23 inches wide. Can be gathered by the rope with the toggles. Which are all metal. All hardware is metal as well. Seem at back of neck where the hood is removable to the waist is 29 inches. This is true to size women's size small. Exterior is cotton interior is polyester.
