This pickup delivers a full and powerful low-end, crisp and detailed high, and an upper mid-range boost that adds chunk and crunch to heavy chords, yet still produces a singing, vocal-like quality when playing single notes or solos. The hot output also pushes your amp to achieve more sustain and harmonics.

Optimize your sound even further by using a 500k volume pot for great high-end cut, or try a 250k pot to soften and sweeten tones for smoother styles. The JB also pairs well with Jazz or '59 neck pickups, and is sometimes used in the neck position to produce an extra-fat solo tone.

Our JB Model Trembucker is hand-built in Santa Barbara, CA factory and features an Alnico 5 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, and 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options. It is also vacuum wax-potted to ensure squeal-free performance. Available in standard Trembucker spacing for 6-string.
