This is a vintage nielloware Siam Sterling Silver set of a brooch pin and clip on earrings from the 1930s. The design depicts the God and Goddess of Thunder and Lightening. Ramasoon and Mekkalah from Hindu mythology.
The brooch is 1.5 inches wide and the clip on earrings are 3/4 in wide. Both featuring black niello enamel.
