Hard-to-find midcentury Green Mountain / Witco-style cryptomeria wall decor. These owls were very popular in the 1960s and 70s. These are from the early 60s and in very good vintage condition except for a small bit of glue showing beneath the bark under the large owl. But you cannot notice it when they’re hung and it displays beautifully. The wood grain is stunning, the felt eyes are in perfect condition, which is very rare for a 60+ year old piece (usually the felt is torn or discolored on ones this old) and they are absolutely adorable.
